Modeling of the project with a view to providing the Raw Water Adduction Service of the Integration Project of the São Francisco River with North Northeast Hydrographic Basins – PISF
The work will be developed for the National Bank for Social Development - BNDES, the service contractor, and for the Ministries of National Integration, Planning and Management and the National Water Agency, final customers, with a view to proposing a business model for the operation of the PISF, which will make it possible to expand the water supply for water supply in the Brazilian states of Ceará, Paraíba, Pernambuco and Rio Grande do Norte, benefiting around 12 million people.
Planned work steps:
Stage I – Demand and socio-environmental diagnoses, engineering studies, legal studies and economic-financial modeling to propose the business model to be adopted, among the considered alternatives;
Stage II – Structuring, monitoring the bid and awarding the Project.
