Preparation of Basic and Final Designs for the Sewage Treatment Plant - Sewage Treatment Station Jaboatão, Jaboatão dos Guararapes - PE

The Sewage Treatment Station designs will be carried out for BRK Ambiental, in order to meet the technical requirements provided for in legislation and the deadlines agreed in the signed concession contract. The application of the biological treatment process with the Nereda System, invented by the Delft University of Technology, is planned. In this technology, the biomass responsible for treating sewage forms compact aerobic granules, with a characteristic of high sedimentation speed, which provides a significant reduction in the built-up area and better efficiency.

• Final population served: 1,121,047 inhabitants.
