Preparation of a basic engineering design - PBE and basic environmental plan - PBA, of the service path for the installation of a distribution line to feed the pumping station for the use of water from the Itapanhaú River Basin to supply the Metropolitan Region of São Paulo.

The works will be executed for SABESP, within the scope of measures being taken to increase the water safety of Higher Tietê Production System – SPAT. The implementation of the service path will take place in a region of great environmental susceptibility, located in the Buffer Zone of the Serra do Mar State Park – PESM and inside the Natural Preserved Area (ATN) of Serra do Mar and Paranapiacaba, which requires special cares.

The services will be developed on two main fronts:

• Front 1 – PBE, consisting of geometric projects, earthworks, drainage, channeling of streams and protection against erosion and silting, paving and structures.

• Front 2 – PBA, comprising the consolidation of the requirements of the Preliminary Environmental License, preparation of documents necessary for institutional viability and the systematization of the Enterprise's Environmental Management Plan (PGA).
