BAHIA CONVENTION CENTER

Economic, financial and legal consultancy and engineering and architecture project aimed at structuring the concession project of the Bahia Convention Center - CCB. The Convention Center, located in Salvador / Bahia, is comprised of a main building and an annexed Pavilion area, as well as other smaller support buildings, such as maintenance center, employee staff and parking and access areas. The land has a total area of ​​190,604.68 m² and a total constructed area of ​​60,461.40 m². Other studies include the diagnosis of existing conditions, the study of market potential, the Global Plan report and the architectural project on BIM plataform.
