BRK AMBIENTAL, Tocantins Sanitation Company – SANEATINS
Basic and final designs for the South Sewage Treatment Plant, in the municipality of Palmas, in the State of Tocantins. The projects include the implementation of the Nereda biological treatment process, a technology of Dutch origin, where the biomass responsible for treating sewage forms compact aerobic granules, with a characteristic of high sedimentation speed, which provides lower footprint and high efficiency. Activities were developed in the areas of hydraulics and hydromechanics, architecture, structures and foundations, electricity, instrumentation, automation and control, geotechnics, processes and treatment unit operations. South ETE has a capacity of 300 L/s and aims to serve a population of approximately 195,000 inhabitants in the municipality of Palmas. “Image Source: Royal Hasnkoning DHV”.
